The practice leader's Home: five open claims, $9.6M claimed, $8.5M in dispute, seven carrier clocks breached
Home for a claims practice leader (illustrative): five open claims, $9.6M claimed, $8.5M in dispute with carriers and seven carrier clocks breached, with the next notice deadline above the tiles.

You don’t need every claim in InsightAdvocate on day one. Start where the money and the risk are — the large and disputed claims — keep every agent at draft, and let the answers your advocates give tell you what to trust.

A plan, not a benchmark: the durations are illustrative.

Days 1–30: the record

  • Sign-in through your identity provider; the roster of advocates, account executives and practice leaders.
  • Carriers with their service-agreement terms and escalation ladders. Confirm with counsel the regulatory timelines you want shown (they ship as illustrative models).
  • Publish NOTICE_OVERDUE and LARGE_DENIAL first. They are the cheapest misses to stop.

Days 30–60: the claims

  • Load the open large and disputed claims: policies and clauses, the carrier’s letters, the timeline, the loss schedule.
  • Run Analyze. Advocates accept, reject or ask on every prepared decision. Every answer is evidence.

Your clients’ claims (illustrative): each with its stage, its advocate, what was claimed, what the carriers accept and the settlement floor the engines computed.

Days 60–90: read the evidence

  • Agreement per agent and action on the autonomy page. Where advocates reject, read why.
  • Which controls fired, and whether they should have. Change them in a draft; test before publishing.
  • Whether to keep everything at draft, or let an agent ask first. The ceiling stays at L2.
