Why we built it

A client pays for its insurance program so that, on the worst day, the policies pay back. On a large or disputed claim the broker is the client’s side of the table — and most of the advocate’s day goes on assembling the claim, not arguing it: reading each policy’s notice condition, holding the carrier’s letter against the wording, counting the carrier’s clocks, chasing documents, working out what the claim is worth.

That work is exactly what engines and a language model are good at, as long as the figures come from the record and nothing leaves the practice without a person. So InsightAdvocate computes every deadline, assessment and floor deterministically, lets ten agents reason over those facts and prepare the letters, and keeps every answer on a decision record.

What we hold ourselves to

• AI first, people decide. The agents reason with the model by default; the engines are their grounding and their fallback. Every action is capped at ask first.
• Every figure from the record. A model sentence with a number the facts don’t hold is discarded.
• Honest about the state of things. Sends are dry runs today; carrier letters are read by a stand-in reader; integrations that are designed but not wired are described as such.
• Not legal advice. Regulatory timelines in the product are illustrative models, and coverage readings are a structured starting point for advocates and counsel.
• Honest demo data. Every client, carrier, wording and figure on this site is invented and labelled illustrative. We don’t claim customers or quote results we haven’t measured.

The Insight suite

InsightAdvocate sits beside InsightPlacement (renewal and new-business placement) and InsightProofing (policy checking) in the broker suite. They share one platform with the carrier products — InsightUW, InsightCW and InsightPulse: the same identity, the same agent runtime and autonomy dial, the same Rules Studio and decision record.
